Lily is a seasoned criminal lawyer, with a decade of litigation experience, and considerable experience in complex criminal cases involving drug offending, fraud, driving offences, violence, drugs, sexual offending, manslaughter and murder.
She understands how to craft a compelling argument and has significant experience in both trials and appeals. Lily understands how the prosecution builds their case - she knows their strategies and where their weaknesses lie, and uses this insight to your advantage. Lily is an excellent communicator and will make sure you feel supported and robustly represented during what she appreciates can be a very daunting and overwhelming time.
Lily can be instructed privately and is also approved to undertake Legal Aid criminal assignments, as well as criminal appeals in the Court of Appeal or Supreme Court.
Lily also has significant experience in the Coroners Court. She is approved to undertake Legal Aid assignments in the coronial jurisdiction, and is able to guide you through what can be an incredibly difficult process with compassion, knowledge and expertise.
