Ashley joined John’s practice in 2020 after working for the Health and Disability Commissioner and a well-respected employment agency.
Regularly appearing and arguing cases across the full spectrum, Ashley has built up a wealth of experience. As well as conducting her own cases, Ashley regularly appears as second counsel with John in difficult and serious trials in the District Court and the High Court.
Ashley brings an uncompromising approach to preparing every defence for trial or appeal, provides pragmatic advice and brings a persuasive yet compassionate approach to her written and oral advocacy.
She is an approved legal aid provider for PAL 2 matters.
